Step 1: Create the Initial Reservation
Make a new reservation for the guest’s desired dates.
Step 2: Offset the Reservation
In the Command Box, input the letter "O" to offset the check-in date of the next reservation to the due-out date of the original reservation.
Step 3: Create the Next Reservation
Proceed with the next reservation, ensuring the following match:
Room type
Number of people
Step 4: Link the Reservations
In the Action Field Box, input "2" and press ENTER.
Step 5: Verify the B2B Status
If successful, you will see "B2B" on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 6: Check Linked Reservations
To view associated reservations in the B2B chain:
Input "!" (exclamation point) in the Command Box and press ENTER.
This will display all reservations in sequence.
Once a room number is selected, it will automatically apply to both reservations.
The credit card on the first reservation will override the second.
Guests can provide a different card during check-in for the second reservation.
Keys will be generated for the guest’s entire stay.
To break the B2B link without canceling:
Input "4" in the Action Box and press ENTER.
Do not cancel a B2B reservation directly:
Canceling one reservation without breaking the chain will only cancel that specific reservation, not the entire chain.
