Check for an Advantage Club Card Number:
If they have a card number:
Retrieve the card number from them.
Confirm that the name on the card matches their ID.
If they do not have a card number:
Proceed to Step 2.
Confirm the Name:
If using Bally, confirm the name displayed in the system.
Access LMS:
Navigate to LMS and, on the front screen, press ENTER.
Input the Card Number:
Enter the card number in the CAS# field starting with C1 followed by the rest of the card number.
Ask for Booking Dates:
Confirm the dates they want to book.
Enter Arrival and Departure Dates:
Insert the start date in the Arrive line.
Enter the departure date in the Depart line.
Input Guests and Pets Information:
Move to the A/C/P section:
A: Enter the number of adults.
C: Enter the number of children.
P: Enter the number of pets (if applicable).
Select Rate Plan:
Move to the RatePlan field.
Double-click to view available rate plans or click the box hit F4 and select the appropriate one.
Review Available Room Types:
Discuss the room types that are currently available.
Include details such as the rate or if the room is comped.
Select the Desired Room:
To choose a room:
Double-click on the desired room type, or
Place an X in the box to the left of the room’s rate.
Room Selection Confirmation:
After selecting the room, a new screen will display:
The rate with tax and resort fee, OR
A prompt to input your badge number (if the room is comped).
Finalize Room Selection:
Complete the prompt (if necessary) and press Enter to return to the front of the reservation.
Address Verification:
Ask the guest to confirm the address on file.
Input Contact Information:
Locate the line labeled CPH (bottom right).
Input the guest’s phone number in this field.
Input Advantage Rank:
Find the T/W field, located two lines above CPH.
Input the guest’s Advantage Rank (visible in red to the far right of their last name).
Input Source Code:
Locate the field labeled Source.
Enter the appropriate code based on the reservation type:
CC – Basic Comp
CO – Comp Code
PH – Call-In
CR – Discounted Rate
Note: Other codes may apply, but these are the most common ones.
Add Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):
Ask the guest for their estimated time of arrival.
Input this information in the ETA field (located below their Advantage Rank).
Lock and Save the Reservation:
Press Enter once to lock in the information.
Press Enter again to complete the reservation.
Send Confirmation Email (Optional):
A pop-up will appear prompting you to send an email:
Press F7 if the guest has an email address on file.
Press F12 if the guest does not have an email address.
Generate the Confirmation Number:
Ensure the system displays the confirmation number for the reservation.
Open Credit Card Input Screen:
Press F1, then F2 to access the credit card input screen.
Process Payment:
Request the guest’s credit card. (If in person, the credit card must match the persons Id.)
Enter the credit card details into your payment terminal/machine.
Review the Reservation with the Guest:
Confirm the following details with the guest:
Dates of the reservation.
Hotel name and room type.
Rate, including any taxes or fees.
Explain the $50 deposit policy.
Inform the guest of the construction or additional hotel-specific notes they need to know.
Provide the Confirmation Number:
Once the guest agrees to the reservation details, ask if they are ready for their confirmation number.
Share the confirmation number clearly.
Wrap Up the Call:
Ask the guest if there is anything else they need assistance with.
Thank them for their time and wish them a good day.
Hang up politely after confirming all their questions have been answered.

Step 1: How to Start
